The Digitax Driving Merit System is an innovative driving behavior recognition system designed to monitor potentially dangerous or uncomfortable maneuvers in real time by analyzing data from accelerometers, gyroscopes, odometers, and GPS.

Integrated into Digitax devices, the system detects events such as sudden acceleration, violent braking, sudden steering, swerves or impacts.

 Each event is recorded in real time and can be analyzed using a dedicated SDK or sent to a remote server for detailed reporting or human analysis. Thanks to its calibration flexibility, it is ideal for both passenger cars such as taxis and larger vehicles such as buses and trucks.

Maximum flexibility of use

The system is highly adaptable to different types of vehicles and contexts of use. It can be configured for cars, taxis, minibuses, city buses (with seated or standing passengers), and industrial vehicles.

 Event detection thresholds are fully customizable for each category, taking into account the comfort of passengers and the physical characteristics of the vehicle.

Data accuracy and reliability

The Web Reporting System allows you to consult the entire event history, generate driver rankings, analyze individual statistics, and view 3D simulations of events.

A particularly useful feature is the geographical heatmap of events, which allows you to identify the most critical urban areas for road safety.

Training and risk prevention support

The system not only identifies risky behavior, but also helps distinguish between justified maneuvers (such as emergency braking to avoid accidents) and actual violations.
