Next-Generation Cloud Dispatching System

Maximize incoming requests, manage taxis in real time, and customize every function thanks to a flexible, secure, and always-connected platform.

TDS Cloud is a next-generation dispatching system that leverages modern communication technologies (GPRS/4G, GSM, VOIP) to maximize incoming requests and handle them simultaneously in the shortest possible time.
Each taxi is equipped with an on-board computer (terminal) that constantly communicates its status (Free or Busy) and GPS position to the Control Center.

The system can support unlimited operator workstations, each performing different functions based on its customizable user profile.

The dispatcher assigns each ride to the best available taxi using advanced search algorithms that are fully configurable and customizable to fit the customer’s operational needs.

From the web-based management portal, operators can also:

  • Manage work shifts

  • View detailed diagnostic reports for all processed taxi requests (caller details, candidate taxis, registration timestamps within zones or taxi stands, etc.)

The Cloud infrastructure is designed to guarantee maximum service continuity, redundancy, and high performance.
Suitable Mobile Data Terminals include X-One Plus Android, Force One Nav, M1 MDT, and the latest Atomo 10 MDT.

Key Features

  • Continuous real-time communication with the Control Center without geographical limits (via GPRS/4G)

  • Complete ride management

  • Fully integrated navigation system

  • Queue management for taxi stands + statistics for all zones and stands

  • Instant text messaging

  • Customizable settings

  • Break management

  • Diagnostic panels

  • Automatic OTA updates

Operating Modes

The Control Center uses a fully customizable IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system to manage customer calls, offering two operating modes:

Automatic Mode: ideal for medium/small operations without a Call Center. Calls are forwarded directly to drivers based on configurable distribution rules. It is also useful for covering night shifts or holidays in dispatch centers that normally operate with staff.

Operator Mode: calls are handled by operators using dedicated phones and entered into a web interface pre-filled with customer information.

Frequent customers can request a taxi using the DTMF menu, choosing from preferred or recent addresses without speaking to an operator.

The TDS system easily integrates with external services (booking websites, apps, POS terminals, kiosks) and can connect to Artificial Intelligence solutions to assist users and support operators in managing requests.

Easy Activation

Thanks to modern technologies, the entire infrastructure has been decentralized and centralized within a professional Data Center, ensuring high reliability and non-stop service.
This allows us to offer customers an integrated, fixed monthly-fee solution that does not require maintaining a server room with dedicated hardware, a constant and reliable internet connection, power supply systems, or any additional infrastructure.

Customer Registration

Customers who wish to use the TDS Web Booking service can register autonomously on the website by entering their personal details.

Depending on the system configuration, it is possible to enable or disable customer validation before allowing them to submit taxi requests.

The system also supports receiving ride requests from WhatsApp, Telegram, and other messaging platforms.

TDS Web Booking

The system includes a highly customizable website through which private customers or partner hotels can quickly request a taxi.
A simple and intuitive interface allows users to enter the pickup address or select one from a personalized list.

Customers can also request taxis with specific features, such as credit card acceptance, pet-friendly service, English-speaking drivers, and more.
These Special Services allow the search to be filtered based on the customer’s needs.

After the request is submitted, the system instantly confirms taxi availability and estimated arrival time, giving the customer the option to accept or decline the proposal.

The system also supports receiving ride requests from WhatsApp, Telegram, and other messaging platforms.

TDS Mobile APP

The TDS Mobile App is the new Digitax solution that brings the TDS Cloud system directly to the driver’s smartphone.
The App includes all the functions available on on-board terminals, excluding features that depend on dedicated hardware (such as direct odometer or taximeter connection, use of external professional GPS/data antennas, etc.).

App Features

  • Continuous real-time communication with the Control Center without geographical limits (via GPRS/4G)

  • Management of parking queues and statistics for all zones and taxi stands

  • Complete ride management

  • Instant messaging

  • Customizable settings

  • Break management

  • Automatic OTA updates

  • Connection to an external taximeter (via Bluetooth or other supported methods)

Recommended Mobile Data Terminals

A selection of high-end technologies is available to ensure that TDS Cloud delivers top performance and efficiency.

Starting with the latest generation of Mobile Data Terminals, the Atomo 10 MDT is a 10” on-board terminal featuring an IK8 display and advanced capabilities.
Within the Digitax MDT range, the X-One Plus Android is the most widely used and highly reliable terminal, fully designed for professional applications in passenger and goods transportation.

Two additional high-performance solutions include:

  • Force One Nav — a 5” touch-display MDT, ideal for installations where space is limited but high performance is required.

  • M1 MDT — a terminal with an integrated taximeter and dedicated 5” touch display, designed to be installed directly on the rear-view mirror, ensuring easy installation while preserving the vehicle’s aesthetics.
