ATOMO 10 MDT uses the Digitax Android Platform On Module, enabling upgrades of CPU, OS, and connectivity without replacing the core system.

Dual CPU

Primary CPU: Octa-core processor (Android 9/10/14) with 4G LTE connectivity delivering strong computing power and energy efficiency.


Secondary CPU (AITP): Manages automotive functions — power management, safe shutdown, wheel pulses, distance/speed calculation, Wake-Up on Ring, and OTA firmware updates.
Always-on and remotely programmable, the AITP module handles firmware and tariff updates and ensures stable operation of peripherals.

Stealth Mode

Stealth Mode keeps the ATOMO 10 MDT fully operational while display and audio are disabled, ensuring discreet, energy-efficient operation for professional fleets. Managed by the AITP processor, it allows remote activation and continuous monitoring without drawing attention.

Main applications:

  • Driver Monitoring: Remote wake-up from the control center to track position, capture audio, or collect diagnostic data.

  • Ghost Mode: When the power button is pressed, the system remains active in the background, reducing power consumption while preserving connectivity.

  • Alarm Management: If triggered while powered off, the terminal automatically starts in Stealth Mode to send GPS data, alerts, or screenshots to the operations center.

In every configuration, Stealth Mode provides silent operation, intelligent power management, and enhanced fleet security within the Digitax ecosystem.

The device can withstand vehicle engine start-up failures and surges up to 32V. It is also immune to ESD and EMC interference.

Thanks to the AITP processor, user applications and the Android operating system can safely close in the event of an unexpected main power disconnection.

A wide range of I/O channels are available: 3 Hi-Speed Host ports, 1 USB Client port and a total of 7 RS232 and RS485 serial ports.

In particular, the special programmable digital I/O allows bidirectional interaction with generic external devices and equipment.
